* Cho'Gath (bittersweet): Rupture is slightly easier to land but his passive got nerfed. * Ezreal (buff): Straight up AD-spec buffs. * Fiddlesticks (buff): Lowered mana costs, and fiddled around with the cooldown on Terrify. * Garen (nerf): Decisive strike got straight-up nerfed and Judgement got retooled, late game is now uber useless * Gragas (nerf): Slight mana reduction on drunken rage but overall ouchy nerf. * Katarina (buff): Hybridized her skills, optimized her ult some * Leblanc (buff): Pure buff, longer root and shorter CD ult lategame. * Malphite (nerf): Mostly; though Q does more early game damage, overall sadface * Malzahar (buff): More or less, Null Zone does more damage but minimum is gone, more voidlings * Mordekaiser (nerf): Less shield. * Nidalee (bugfixbuff): ++cougar form autoattack damage * Olaf (nerf): Got hit pretty hard, but undertow is now physical damage which is cool * Pantheon (nerf): Slight early game nerf, lategame unchanged and indirectly buffed due to items, see below * Poppy (bugfixes): Diplomatic Immunity is no longer derp * Swain (buff): Passive now gives instamana instead of per 5 * Twitch (idkwtf): Ult reworked, now lasts twice as long and gives AD instead of AS but has a cap on number of shots affected, I like it * Udyr (bittersweet): Phoenix Stance nerfed a bit, Tiger Stance no longer useless * Urgot (buff): Lots and lots of stuff, cool beans

* Banshee's Veil (nerf): General stat nerf. * Elixirs (idkwtf): All now 50 gold cheaper but are less effective. * Infinity Edge (nerf): 80 --> 75 damage, nbd * Innervating Locket (REMOVED): R.I.P. * Last Whisper (idkwtf): Replaced AS with AD, costs a wee bit more now, Pantheon has popped a chubby * Phantom Dancer (buff): Kind of. -500 gold for recipe, but removed Dodge Change stat. But who got it for that anyway * Randuin's Omen (nerf): Slight armor nerf, heavy CDR nerf * Shurelya's Reverie (buff): General stat buff. * Wards (nerf): Omgwtf? All have 1hp and last shorter amounts of time * Spirit Visage (bittersweet): +50 HP but +300 gold. Mostly a nerf, but it's a better item now. * Sunfire Cape (nerf): +100 gold, and omgwtf passive is now unique. ;_; * Warden's Mail (nerf): General stat nerf. Shrug.
Other
* Flash (nerf): +15s cooldown and no longer pops projectiles. * Energy runes (buff): Whee buff. * Other stuff: Yeah, nerf. Scoreboard jungle cheating no longer, less exp but more gold, Baron now immune to disables instead of status debuffs, level up healing nerf, minion AI tweaked a bit, quieted Vlad the fuck up

This works similar to a 'driving points" system for driver's licenses. o You gain ‘leave points’ by leaving games, and if you have enough leave points, you will be suspended or banned. o You lose ‘leave points’ by having good behavior – by completing your games, and not leaving over a long period of time. * Mastery saving has been improved o Repseccing your masteries no longer saves an empty mastery page to the server. This means you’ll never accidentally enter the game with no masteries. o You can now remove saved mastery points individually without having to return all your points. o When you have unsaved changes in your rune page or mastery page, you will now be prompted to save when navigating away. * Lowered the volume level of audio in PVP.net at all slider positions. * Noxious Blast - Cassiopeia blasts an area with a delayed high damage poison, granting her increased Movement Speed if she hits a champion. * Miasma - Cassiopeia releases a growing cloud of poison, lightly damaging and slowing any enemy that happens to pass through it. * Twin Fang - Cassiopeia lets loose a damaging attack at her target. If the target is poisoned the cooldown of this spell is refreshed. * Petrifying Gaze (Ultimate) - Cassiopeia releases a swirl of magical energy from her eyes, stunning any enemies in front of her that are facing her and slowing any others with their back turned. * Deadly Cadence (Passive) - After casting a spell any subsequent spellcasts will cost 10% less for 5 seconds. This ability stacks up to 5 times.

In general, less health will mean less recovery. Healing from Catalyst the Protector remains unaffected. * Monster AI has been improved and will now attempt to switch to a nearby target when you leave their leash range. Monsters can now reaggro if anyone in their camp is attacked while they are retreating.
