Doing a new workout regimen mixed into my regular workout...
So, keep doing what you're doing now but mix in this 2-3 times a week.
First you can do these exercises in any order mix it up and add in your own variation or another similar one. I will be posting the you tube video I stole this from so you can have a visual of some of the excises.
1st. Burpees
Great for chest/core/cardio
Sets 1 Reps 30
30-45sec break
2nd. Split Jumps
Great for Legs/cardio
Sets 1 Reps 30
30-45sec break
In between every two exercises I like to hit the BASS system (sorta like a punching bag) hard non-stop like my life depended on it for 2 mins
3rd. Push-ups with Bosu Ball
Great for chest/arms/core Bosu adds use of stabilizers
Sets 1 Reps 30
30-45sec break
4th. Kneeling bend/Pull
Great for Chest/arms/core (only exercises that requires a machine so choose your weight affectively cause your doing 30 reps. I'm doing 140lbs now but started at 110lbs)
Sets 1 Reps 30

Hit the BASS system
5th. Squat with Bosu Ball

4 weeks in and I'm seeing huge improvements in my Core strength and stamina.
The original video I'll post up when I get home this was just off the top of my head while I'm at work if you don't know how to do any of the exercises let me know and I'll explain.
Sweet. If you wanna post any other workouts that you guys like do it up keep it in this thread and I'll rename it to something else.
